As it turned out, the doctor was able to take a leave of absence, and when he returned, he was much easier to get along with.I had an experience like this with one doctor in a med ical group where I worked for several years. He was somewhat brusque with most people on the team, but I felt that he had a lot of criticism for me in particular. I brought the issue to my supervisor, who tried to find out if the doctor felt that I wasnt doing my job.
